Radio - ABC 774 Sport

Russell does a regular sport segment on ABC Radio 774's Drive Program hosted by Virginia Trioli.  Virginia's unique sense of humour and Russell's vast sporting knowledge combine for an "off the cuff" update of all the latest sporting stories and scores from around Australia and the World. 

Journalism - Herald Sun Newspaper

Other

Since Russell's win at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, he has been involved with several television and radio programs.  Russell worked as a part of 3AW Sports Sunday team from 1997 to 2002.  In this time he also had the opportunity to be a presenter on 3AW's current affair program on Sunday afternoon's.  His experience as a sports broadcaster has widened his opportunities into other areas of the media.  You might also have seen him on 'Celebrity Squares', 'A Question of Sport' or 'The Panel'.    These are just a few of the programs Russell has made appearances on.
